"North Frisian inspired" - that's a special category. Here you will find very special recipes that I developed - inspired by the land, sea and people of North Friesland. Mind you: These are not typical North Frisian or traditional recipes, but my own inventions. It's a collection of everything that my wonderful head cinema produces when I'm standing on the dyke and looking out over the sea, when I'm walking in the mudflats or driving through our wonderful North Friesland. And it is my personal ode to the most beautiful and extraordinary spot on earth.
