Good morning,

I'm Viola and I'm happy that your path has led you to Küstencookie, the baking blog from North Friesland. Here you will find easy, sure-fire recipes for baking enjoyment that leave a lasting impression without long chatter or fuss, but with a wow! effect. And to make baking even easier, there are helpful tips and tricks, short personal stories and field reports.

For all those who want to embark on the "baking" adventure with me personally, there has been " Küstencookies Backing School " in Husum since September 2021.

And now I wish you a lot of fun browsing, baking and baking - according to the Küstencookie motto: Don't rattle around - just bake!

It is summer. Even if it mostly feels more like autumn in North Friesland... it doesn't matter, it's summer. Zeit  for family, holidays, excursions, harvest from your own garden, campfire and barbecue and for so much that is fun and enriches the soul. A baking event with your favorite people would be a great idea.

At the moment, most people don't like standing in the overheated kitchen by the hot oven when the temperature outside exceeds the 25°C mark. Light cuisine is popular, fruity, fresh and everything possible for a barbecue party.

In my " Summer Hits " category, there are plenty of recipes that fit this glorious time of year.
